Custom Blending:

We generally blend teas and tisanes after an order is received. Please allow up to two business days for blending. Wholesale customers, please allow up to five business days for blending.

Availability:

We make every effort to keep the site updated. Occassionally, a blend may not be available because we are missing ingredients due to the timing of ordering them vs. receiving orders from our customers. We will notify you immediately if this happens.

Organic/Fair Trade/Ethical Tea Partnership:

Most of our blends are organic. This information is listed in the specific listing. We make every effort to purchase fair trade or ETP teas and blending ingredients. This information is also included in the specific listing. The oils for blending are made using natural vegetable glycerin, natural and organic flavors, and natural ethyl alcohol. They are Kosher, Vegan, Gluten Free, and contain NO Allergens. These flavors have no nutritional value as used in this application and are calorie, carb, and sugar free. There is no fat.
